Each Mayhew hand tool made in the USA is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the tool under normal wear and tear, except for damage caused by misuse or alteration. Return the tool to the place of purchase for replacement if the warranty applies. If you experience any difficulty with your place of purchase regarding a warranty claim, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist in resolving the issue. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.

FOR TWO YEARS from the date of purchase, this Mayhew hand tool is warranted to be free from defects in material, workmanship, and normal wear and tear, except for damage caused by misuse or alteration. Return the tool to place of purchase for replacement if warranty applies. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.

Exclusions

Warranties do not cover cables and cable assemblies, roller cages and inserts, brass, hollow punches, lights, or batteries which are expendable parts that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period.

Built to last—but if an exclusive, limited-production, or discontinued item cannot be replaced with an identical product, we may provide the closest comparable item available, when a similar item exists.

For U.S. warranty claims, tools should be returned to the place of purchase. If you need assistance or have questions, our team is here to help.

For international claims, shipping and customs costs can sometimes exceed the value of the product itself. To keep the process fair and consistent, we direct warranty claims through authorized distributors whenever possible. When that is not an option, we are happy to offer a direct replacement, with any applicable shipping and customs fees to be covered by the customer.
