Warranty claims are typically handled by the distributor where the tool was purchased. Please contact your original seller to request a replacement.

Mayhew Steel Products partners exclusively with wholesale tool distributors serving the industrial, hardware, and automotive markets.
To qualify, distributors must:
- Operate as a wholesale business (not retail or online-only)
- Maintain a physical warehouse location
- Commit to a minimum annual purchase of $5,000
- Stock at least one Mayhew product line
- Hardware stores billing through a parent company (e.g., Ace, Do it Best, etc.) may also qualify
Online-only vendors and businesses outside these industries are not eligible. If your business does not meet these requirements, Mayhew tools can still be purchased through our wholesale partners, including ORS Nasco, ISN, Medco, Wright Tool, McMaster-Carr, and others.
