Inserting & Assembly Service:

In support of our molding services, we also offer assembly and sourcing services. We can develop custom assembly solutions that include sourcing of parts, and in-house assembly. Our facility is equipped with machines for de-flashing, grinding, drilling, milling, blasting, tumbling, ultrasonic operations and insert assembly. Fully assembled parts can be placed in special packaging upon request.

Insert molding is a process in which thermoplastic or thermoset material is molded around an insert piece or pieces placed in the molding cavity, resulting in a single strongly bonded, intergrated assembly, with the insert or inserts encapsulated by the plastic. Inserts can be metal, another plastic, ceramic or just about any substance that can withstand the plastic injection molding process.

All of our assembly services are performed on-site and are subject to the same stringent quality standards as the rest of our manufacturing capabilities. Our stringent quality management system is based on these principles. we can perform a wide range of testing and inspection procedures, or develop a custom plan to meet your particular quality requirements.
